The spokesman for the General Command of the Libyan Armed Forces, Major General Ahmed Al-Mismari, said that the army took control of Tripoli International Airport, Yarmouk Camp and Wadi Al-Rabie.

"Tripoli International Airport is fully under the control of the army forces of the General Command," he said at a press conference on Monday evening.

Al-Mismari's comments came at a time when the 9th force from Abu Salim announced that Tripoli International Airport was under the control of the forces of the Government of National Accord.
