Libya's National Center for Disease Control did not register any new COVID infections or deaths during the past 24 hours, it announced in it's daily update.

The center added that 45 samples were examined on Wednesday.

The center announced in July that it would re-start the publishing  of daily updates on the epidemiological situation in the country after a months-long hiatus.

This brings the total number of infections in Libya since March 2020 to 506,991 with 47 currently active and 6,437 deaths.
