On Friday, residents of Tobruk organized a protest in solidarity with the Palestinian people and to condemn the Israeli occupation forces' bombardment of the Gaza Strip.
A large number of children and youth of the city participated by raising Palestinian flags, chanting slogans against the Israeli occupation and encouraged the struggle of the Palestinian resistance against the forces of the occupation.
A number of participants wore scarves with Libyan and Palestinian flags and others bearing pictures of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
This comes after demonstrations took place in a number of Libya cities, including Msallata and Tripoli.
