Libyan Presidential Council leader Mohamed Menfi offered his condolences on the death of United Arab Emirates President, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, during a short visit to Abu Dhabi on Sunday, according Presidential Council spokeswoman Najwa Wheba.

Al Nahyan's funeral was held on Friday, after his death at the age of 73.

Libya's Presidential Council, Government of National Unity, Government of National Stability and the General Command of the Armed Forces offered their condolences on Friday.
