The Ministry of Interior for Libya's interim Government of National Unity announced the recovery of 180 bodies in the city of Derna on Friday. 

The ministry said in a statement that part of the operation was carried out by two rubber boats with a number of divers and rescuers from the Special Tasks Department of Tripoli's General Directorate for Security Operations.

According to the latest official tally, the number of victims of the flooding in the eastern region rose to 3,802 deaths.
