Libyan Parliament Speaker Aguila Saleh called on members to attend an official session in Benghazi, next Monday.

The session will take place at 11 a.m., according to a statement issued by the parliament.

Parliament's last session was held on January 17 and concluded with the approval of the formation of temporary committees concerned with addressing the political impasse in the country.

In that session, Saleh also gave the High Council of State 15 days to respond to parliament regarding a constitutional basis for elections and urged members to thwart a "clear conspiracy" of foreign interference that could slide the country into division.
