Libyan Parliament Speaker Aguila Saleh called on the members to attend an “official session” in the city of Benghazi on Monday, November 7.

The invitation, which was published by spokesman Abdullah Bliheg, stated that the session will discuss a number of laws on its agenda.

In its last session, held on October 18, parliament referred observations regarding the unified salary bill to the legislative and financial committees.

Last Tuesday, First Deputy Speaker Fawzi Al-Nuwairi met with a number of members at parliament's headquarters in Tripoli. They discussed four main issues to end the transitional stages, foremost of which were the constitutional basis and the holding of elections.
