Libyan Parliament Spokesman Abdullah Bliheg announced the start of a session to discuss the political blockage in the country and ways to advance the constitutional path on Tuesday. 

Bliheg said in a press statement that the closed session is taking place in the city of Tobruk and headed by the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Fawzi Al-Nuiri.

He added that members of parliament will also address a number of bills listed on the parliament's agenda.
