The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) announced that it continues to work at a "good pace" to maintain the Salloum-Tobruk powerline.

It added that this work comes within the framework of improving the performance of the electrical network, strengthening it, and increasing the transmission of energy, according to a company statement.
