Palestinian economic delegation to visit Libya in March

The Palestinian Ministry of Economy agreed with the head of the Libyan Chamber of Commerce, Muhammad Al-Raied, to organize a visit for a delegation of Palestinian businessmen to Libya this month, with the aim of holding meetings with their Libyan counterparts, to discuss the possibility of launching joint investments in various economic sectors.

The Palestinian Minister of Economy Khaled Al-Osaily and Al-Raied also agreed to hold a permanent exhibition of Palestinian products in Libya, according to the Palestinian News Agency.

A Libyan delegation led by Al-Raied visited Palestinian factories in a number of governorates, expressed its fascination with the Palestinian industry in various sectors and pointing out that the Palestinian private sector and businessmen have sufficient experience to overcome crises and face challenges, according to the agency.

The delegation expressed its desire to "activate trade exchange between the two countries, open the necessary doors to build real partnerships, and establish investment cooperation, especially in the sectors of medicine, industry, construction, agriculture, and others."
