Government of National Unity Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dabaiba met with a number of Libyan artists from the eastern region, in the presence of the Minister of Culture, the head of the General Authority for Theater and the Artists Syndicate.

The meeting which was held at the Cabinet Office, touched upon the projects and plans targeted to be implemented in order to advance the arts and theater sector, according to a statement published by the government.

On Sunday, the Minister of Culture, Mabrouka Tawghi, held a meeting with the heads of departments and units at the ministry's office.

The meeting dealt with several topics, including challenges facing the departments and ways to overcome them.
