The families of the IRA bombing victims and a team of lawyers representing them have called on British Home Secretary Priti Patel to put pressure on Libya to hand over Abdullah Al-Senussi, who is currently imprisoned in a Tripoli.

The Mail on Sunday published the news yesterday, explaining that the families addressed Patel, saying that "the failure to bring any of the figures of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi's regime to justice for their involvement in the attacks, which killed and injured some 3,500 people, is a stain on Britain's international reputation."

Adding that the lawyer for one family, Matthew Jury, sent a letter to Patel last Friday demanding the extradition of Al-Senussi.
