Omar Al-Marime will be the third coach to lead Libya's national football team in the African Nations Cup qualifier this year after the quick and surprising departure of Algerian coach Adel Amrouche.
The former assistant coach will be leading Libya against Nigeria in the upcoming match.
Libya, under Amrouche defeated Seychelles 5-1 and recorded a draw against South Africa. These results put Libya firmly in first place in their division.
