Libya's parliament appointed Prime Minister, Fathi Bashagha, issued a decision to reinstate Mohamed Abdel Karim Douma as Minister of Water Resources in Government of National Stability.
The decision came in Resolution No. 21 of 2022, issued on Sunday.
On July 28, Bashagha decided to temporarily suspend Minister Douma from work and refer him to investigation, temporarily assigning Deputy Prime Minister Ali al-Qatrani to the position.
Just as the text of the previous decision did not clarify the reason for the suspension, the current decision did not mention the circumstances of the minister's return to work.
