The head of Libya's new unity government, Abdulhamid Dabiaba, met with the speaker of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, upon his arrival in the city of Tobruk on Friday afternoon.

Landing at Tobruk Air Base, he was received by Air Force Chief of Staff, General Saqr Jerroushi.

On Thursday, Dabaiba visited Cairo, where he held a round of talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, during which he expressed "Libya's desire to build a comprehensive partnership with Egypt," while Sisi stressed that Egyptian expertise is available to help Libyans.
