A session of members of the House of Representatives chaired by MP Abubaker Buera, began on Monday afternoon in the western Libyan city of Sabratha.
A parliamentary source told Alwasat gate that it was attended by about "65 deputies, including about 17 from the eastern region."
The source added that the deputies present at the session began their discussions on how to heal the rift in the House of Representatives. The meetings in Sabrata are likely to last three days.
On the other hand, another group of represenatives held a consultative session in Tobruk, chaired by Aguila Saleh, on Monday, in the presence of deputy speaker of the council, Ahmed Houma, to "discuss the necessary arrangements to consider granting confidence to the new government".
