The Deputy chairman of Libya's Presidential Council, Ahmed Maiteeg, welcomed plans to resume work at the South Korean embassy in Tripoli, while stressing the importance of the return of the Korean companies to resume their work in Libya.
Maiteeg's welcome came during his reception on Monday, hosting South Korea's ambassador to Libya, Lee Sang-soo, at the prime minister's office in Tripoli.
Maiteeg also praised relations between Libya and South Korea in many fields, expressing his desire to work on their development and the return of Korean companies to resume their work in Libya.
South Korea's new ambassador to Libya, Lee Sang-soo, presented his credentials to Fayez Al-Sarraj on Thursday.
