The UN refugee agency (UNHCR) has announced it distributed seasonal clothing, blankets, mattresses and hygiene packages for more than 150 Libyan families in Falah 2 Camp.
The UNHCR said in a statement today that these families had been living for many years in often harsh conditions.
UNHCR explained that it and its partner, the Libyan relief authority, will continue to distribute winter supplies in Tripoli.
Earlier, the UNHCR in Libya announced the release of all asylum seekers from the Zintan Shelter Centre (Dhahir Al-Jabal), explaining that most of those released had been held for more than two years in extremely difficult conditions.
