Bashagha thanks Dutch ambassador for starting work at embassy in Tripoli

Libyan Government of National Accord (GNA) Interior Minister, Fathi Bashagha, thanked the Dutch ambassador to Libya, Lars Tummers, for his visit Wednesday to Tripoli and for starting work from the embassy's headquarters in the capital Tripoli.

In a tweet via social networking site Twitter, Bashagha said: "We continue to cooperate together in the fight against corruption, terrorism and organized crime."

Earlier Wednesday, Tummers said in a tweet that he had" an open and productive discussion with Bashagha on strengthening bilateral #libya #Netherlands (relations) on combatting organised crime, corruption, terrorism, and illegal migration as well as reconfirming our support to 
@UNSMILibya and the LPDF."
