The General Authority for the Search and Identification of Missing Persons announced on Saturday the exhumation of four unidentified bodies from a new mass grave in the city of Tarhuna.

The authority confirmed in a statement on Sunday via its official account on Facebook that work is still under way to explore more sites.

Earlier on Saturday, the authority announced that its teams were able to discover another mass grave at Tarhuna's Link Project area.
