House of Representatives members continue their consultative meetings for second day in Tangiers

The second day of the consultative meetings between members of the Libyan House of Representatives began in Tangiers, Morocco and included the members of the House from Tripoli and Tobruk.

The consultative meetings began on Monday with the participation of more than 100 deputies representing the three regions of Libya, according to the Moroccan News Agency, which indicated that the meeting will continue until Wednesday.

In a parallel context, the United Nations Support Mission in Libya held the the first virtual meeting of the second round of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, in the presence of the Special Representative of the Acting Secretary-General and Head of Mission, Stephanie Williams, and the Libyan members of the Forum on Monday.

The mission announced that a seconf virtural meeting would take place on Wednesday to allow the participants to study the options presented by deputies in Tangiers.
