Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed their concern over the escalation of clashes in Libya, noting the need to resume the permanent truce and conduct dialogue between Libyans “on the basis of the decisions of the Berlin International Conference on January 19, 2020, approved by Security Council Resolution 2510.”

This came in a statement of a telephone conversation held by Russian President Vladimir Putin with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, according to a statement issued by the Kremlin on Monday.
