Former Libyan PM Mahmoud Jibril buried at the Libyan cemetery in Cairo

The body of former Libyan Prime Minister and the president of the National Forces Alliance part, Mahmoud Jibril, was buried Monday afternoon in in the Libyan cemetery in the Abu Rawash area, a suburb of Cairo. In the presence of a number of his family members and friends residing in Egypt.

A funeral prayer was held in front of the hospital where he died, due to the closure of mosques under the precautionary measures against the coronavirus.

Jibril died on Sunday, days after an announcement of his infection with coronavirus, he was 67 years old.
