Libya's High Council of State mourns the death of former Libyan Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril

Libya's High Council of State issued a statement of condolences for the death of former Libyan Primer Minister and the head of the National Forces Alliance party, Mahmoud Jibril, who passed away on Sunday.

The Council’s statement was directed, to the Jibril's family and members of the National Forces Alliance, according to a statement.

Jibril died at the age of 67, in a hospital in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, after a struggle with coronavirus.

The National Forces Alliance announced that Jibrill had tested positive for coronavirus on March 26th.
