The head of Libya's Parliament, Ageilah Saleh, discussed on Saturday with the Chairman of the Benghazi Municipal Council, Saqr Boujouari, the latest developments in the projects being implemented in the city.
This came during his visit to Benghazi accompanied by the deputy speaker of the parliament, the Governor of Libya's Central Bank from Al-Bayda, the Minister of Education and the Spokesman of the Interim Government.
The meeting witnessed a visual presentation of the projects in the city and the projects being implemented. At the end of the meeting, the Speaker of the House of Representatives was honored with an honorary plaque.
The Prime Minister of the interim government, Abdullah Al-Thinni, also handed Saleh the procedures relating to the allocation of a plot of land for the purpose of building an new headquarters for the House of Representatives in the city.
