Libya's House of Representatives in Tobruk voted overwhelmingly to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a "terrorist group" and to "criminalize and ban it in Libya."

This came during an evening session, in the presence of speaker Ageilah Saleh and his deputy, Dr. Ahmed Houma, to discuss the latest developments in the Libyan arena, especially the war in Tripoli.

The House also decided to form a parliamentary committee to discuss the issue of "control of oil revenues through companies controlled by the interim government" and the formation of a committee to study "the removal of members of the House of Representatives who were sworn in but have been absent from the meetings."
