Italian Foreign Minister Enzo Moavero Milanesi said on Monday that "things in Libya are not going well," calling for "humanitarian calm and then resuming the political path."

At a meeting in Brussels on Monday, the Council of Foreign Affairs of the EU member states will discuss the position of their governments on the latest developments arising from the Tripoli war in an effort to crystallize a unified European position on the crisis in Libya.
