The spokesman for the General Command of the Libyan Armed Forces, Major General Ahmad Al-Mismari, said that a plane took off from the Air Force base in Misrata and bombed a farm previously owned by Colonel Muammar Gaddafi in the Sawknah area.

Al-Mismari told a news conference on Monday that the farm is a civilian target, completely free of any military forces and not a supply base.

He pointed out that the bombing did not result in loss of life.

Al-Mismari had previously announced that LNA forces had taken control of Tripoli International Airport, Yarmouk Camp and Wadi Al-Rabie.
