The Air Force Operations room of the Libyan Armed Force General Command renewed on Sunday evening that "landing at and taking off from airports in southern Libya is prohibited, and will only be allowed after approval by the Air Force Operations Room."

"Any aircraft in this area without a permit will be forced to land," said Brigadier General Ahmad Al-Mismari, spokesman for the General Command, on his Facebook page, warning that "if they do not comply with orders, they will be treated as a hostile target."

The Air Force Operations Room of the General Command also warned that "any foreign aircraft will be a legitimate target for Libyan Arab Air Force Fighters because the area has been declared a war operations zone and until further notice."
