Libya's interim government's Price Valancing fund sent a convoy of 100 trucks loaded goods to the southern region, "in support of the people of the south."

"We have prepared a convoy of 100 trucks carrying flour for bakeries, rice, cooking oil, tomatoes and sugar," General Manager of the Price Balancing Fund Jamal Awaid told Alwasat.

Jalal Awaid said that this convoy is "the first batch in support of the people of southern Libya, where the armed forces are engaged in a military campaign launched by the armed forces led by Khalifa Haftar to rid the region of Chadian gangs and terrorist organizations."

It is noteworthy that the mayor of Sebha, Hamid Khayali said last Wednesday that the city "suffers from a severe shortage of flour, the main problem in the city now is the food supply shortages and high prices."
