Flights suspended at Benghazi's Benina Airport due to heavy rainfall

The management of Benina International Airport in Benghazi announced the "temporary suspension of flights due to flooding in the passenger halls."

The management of the airport says the "sudden collapse of one of dams surrounding the airport caused a large amount of water to enter and cause flooding."
