Benghazi's Al-Jala Hospital received three dead and 321 injured; as a result of armed clashes and altercations that took place in various parts of the city during the month of September.
A medical source tells Alwasat that the hospital received the bodies of Mohammed Ghaydan Mohammed, Awn Al-Farajani and Hussam Abdullah Mohammed, in addition to receiving 321 wounded, varying between "minor", "medium" and "critical".
The source pointed out that the majority were victims of bullet wounds due to quarrels between young people between the ages of 20-30.
The hospital received 4017 cases from armed clashes, armed robberies and domestic assaults in 2017, compared with 3,039 in 2016 and 1635 in 2015.
Like other Libyan cities, Benghazi suffers from the chaos and the proliferation of arms that successive governments have failed to gather since the fall of the former regime.
