Libya's National Center for Disease Control records three new coronavirus cases

Libya's National Center for Disease Control announced Tuesday, that the confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country has risen after recording three new infections.

The Center said in a statement that its Community Health Reference Laboratory received 200 samples for testing on Tuesday and 197 of them were negative, while three positive samples were confirmed.

The center said that 114 samples were from the Community Health Reference Laboratory at the National Center in Tripoli, 61 samples from the National Center branch laboratory in Misrata, and 25 samples from the Benghazi Medical Center laboratory.

With this announcement, the number of cases in Libya rises to 68, with 37 active cases, 28 recoveries and three deaths.
