First coronavirus case in Libya a 73 male who returned from Saudi Arabia

A spokesman for the Ministry of Health in the Government of National Accord (GNA), Amin Al-Hashemi, said on Wednesday that first confirmed case of coronavirus in the country is a man from town of Aljmail who returned to the country from Saudi Arabia on March 5.

Al-Hashemi tells Alwasat that the man is 73 years old, and was examined in Tripoli Hospital before his test was sent to the National Center for Disease Control.
