The head of the Handling Services Union in Libya's southern region, Abdulrahim Hussein, revealed on Sunday that all handling services and the provision of Air Ground Services at Sebha airport have been suspended, due to the non-payment of employee salaries.
Hussein, in remarks to Alwasat, explained that the workers have not received their salaries for 24 months and are experiencing difficult living conditions.
Marshal Khalifa Haftar, agreed to reopen Sebha airport in southwest Libya to flights on Saturday, November 7th.
