Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced on Tuesday, that the total losses of sales opportunities as a result of the closure of oil facilities amounted to $7.841 billion during the last 200 days.

The NOC once again called for "lifting the forced closure of oil facilitied so that its international partners can provide more support to counter the spread of the widespread COVID-19 virus," considering that the partners revenues have plummeted due to the halt on oil production on January 18, 2020.
