Central Bank in Al-Bayda allocates 60 billion dinars to deal with liquidity crisis in southern Libya

The head of the crisis committee at the Central Bank in Al-Bayda, Ramzi Al-Agha, said 60 million dinars were allocated to commercial banks branches in the southern region for the occasion of the month of Ramadan.

Al-Agha pointed out on his official Facebook page that 18 million dinars were allocated to the National Commercial Bank, 16 million dinars to North Africa Bank and 15 million dinars to Gumhouria Bank.

Al-Agha added that eight million dinars and three million dinars to Sahara Bank and Al-Wahda Bank, respectively. 

He also announced the allocation of about 416 million dinars to branches of commercial banks in eastern Libya for Ramadan.
