The Al Madar Al Jadid Telecom Company announced on Monday the launch of 4G+ service in the southwestern city of Sebha as part of its efforts to improve networks and telecommunications services in various parts of the country.
"The launch of the 4G+ service in the city of Swbha will soon be launched in the rest of the cities," said Mohammed Al-Zawawi, Media Information Officer at Al Madar Al Jadid Communications Company.
"The launch of the fourth generation service came one year after the launch of the high-speed 3G (H +) service, which aims to provide the best services and development in the world of communications and information technology and to implement the company's strategy of digital transformation to keep up with the rapid development that the world is witnessing."
He added: "The company has a determination to develop the network despite administrative, financial, and security constraints."
Noting: "power outages have also delayed the implementation of technical projects and the development of the network in different regions of the country, but this project is aimed at all Libyan cities so that citizens can enjoy high-speed Internet access."
